Watch: The NFL’s biggest power-lifting contests are over

A week before the Super Bowl, a group of NFL players will go on the air and compete in the biggest powerlifting competition in sports.

Powerlifting is an explosive sport that involves lifting heavy weights with the use of the legs and body.

The Super Bowl will have its share of elite powerlifters in the field of powerlifting, including four Olympic gold medalists and six gold medallists.

But the competition is a different story.

Powerlifters compete in a very different kind of competition than weightlifting, said Brian J. Smeets, a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Southern California.

Powerlifters lift weights for endurance, he said.

Powerlifts are geared towards an endurance athlete, but they’re also focused on pushing themselves to be more explosive, said Smeys.

Powerlifting can be as much about training as it is competition.

Powerlifts take a long time to complete, but it can be done in as little as 20 to 25 minutes.

Power lifters must complete a set of at least five repetitions and hold the weight for at least one second.

Power lifters have a certain amount of time to get their legs in position, get their hips in line and then complete a full body push.

The competition can last for up to 10 minutes.

It’s a long way from an hour of power cleans.

Power lifting has a high threshold for entry, said Mark D’Ambrosio, a certified strength and health coach who has competed in the powerlifting championships in New York City, New York and Los Angeles.

There’s a lot of competition and there’s a ton of training.

Power lifts take a lot more time than powerlifting and there are so many variables to consider when you’re doing powerlifting.

If you’re a power lifter who does a lot, you’re going to get more reps out of it.

There are some things you need to work on with your training and that is getting into a good routine that involves a lot and focusing on the reps that you need.

Power exercises also take longer to complete.

Power cleans are often done with the help of a partner, which can be dangerous, because you could injure your partner.

For powerlifter, there’s no real competition.

They’re competing for a title.

Powerlifters also have to be on their toes and not allow the weight to come down on their chest, said Scott Bowers, a physical therapist and powerlifting coach in New Jersey.

The powerlifers must not let the weight touch their chest or back, and they have to control the weight with their shoulders, Bowers said.

If a powerlifter has a bad day, there is nothing wrong with the weight coming down on them, said Bowers.

But it can also be a good thing if you’re training for a championship, Biester said.

The weight is heavy, and the athlete can control it with their arms.
